The High Desert Branch of the
Southern California Chapter of the American Public Works Association (APWA) includes
the northern portion of Los Angeles County and most of San Bernardino County,
California. It’s borders are Kern &
Inyo County to the north, the states of Nevada & Arizona to the east and
the Angeles Forest, San Gabriel Mountains and Riverside County to the south.
