Amendment Number 2

The High Desert Branch of the American Public Works Association hereby amends its Bylaws to:

1) incorporate in its boundaries the City of Santa Clarita as depicted in the Boundary Map.

2) increase the term of the President to a two-year term rather than a one-year term.
