GOLF TOURNAMENT

Note from the Committee Chairman

I would like to thank each of you for participating in last year’s tournament and partnering with the APWA-High Desert Branch to help provide scholarships to deserving local students who graduated from schools within our Branch’s boundaries. It’s because of your generosity that we have been able to award $63,000 in scholarships since 2010. This year our Board has voted to award an additional ELEVEN $1500 scholarships. This golf tournament is the only funding source for our scholarship program and we continue to need sponsors such as you to keep this program successful.

I look forward to your participation in this year’s tournament, and hope you can take advantage of another great day of golf that we have planned. As always, our tournament will be held on Friday, November 10th, and the venue is Sand Canyon Country Club. To add to the fun in this year’s tournament, one of our participants will win a chance for a golf shot that could win them ONE MILLION DOLLARS.

The sponsor price list and commitment forms can be found in the links below (Note that we have reduced our sponsorship rates from last year). Please fill out the commitment form with your level of participation and return to either myself or Philip Di Nova (Golf Tournament Coordinator) before September 1st. Receipt of your commitment form by this date will ensure that your company logo will be prominently displayed on our tournament brochure to be sent out in early September. It would be great if you would once again help sponsor this year’s tournament.
